Good-Fry was invented by a team of international scientists during 1991-1998. The initatior and coordinator was Mr. Alf Silkeberg. The invention is now commercialised by Good-Fry International N.V.
Good-Fry ingredients use the strongest forces available in nature to delay degradation of food. Food, containing Good-Fry ingredients may also delay degrading of our human cells, thus delay aging of people.
In the oil industry Good-Fry ingredients can be used in many applications as a healthy alternative to hydrogenation.
